He is passionate about creating social impact and supporting Indigenous businesses and communities through his work.

Adam has a strong track record of delivering results, building relationships, and leading teams in the consumer goods and pharmaceutical industries, working with global brands such as ghd, BEC Feed Solutions, and Sanofi. He has also completed several executive education programs, including the Leading People and Investing to Build Sustainable Communities program at Harvard Business School, the Murra Masterclass at Melbourne Business School, and the Executive MBA at QUT.
