Clynton is the Coordinator for Mount Isa Mines Indigenous Employment Program with 25 years’ experience as a training professional.

Clynton began working in the resources industry in 1998 as a Field Officer for MIGATE (a Group Training Company), managing 200 apprentices across the Mount Isa Mines lease.
