Fallon Wanganeen, a proud Narungga man, is a resolute professional with a passion for leadership and driving positive change for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples. With over 10 years of experience across the Banking sector, he has consistently demonstrated his ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving exceptional results. Fallon has a proven record of implementing effective strategies, optimising processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Throughout his career, Fallon has developed exceptional leadership qualities, empowering individuals to reach their full potential and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. His effective communication skills and ability to build meaningful relationships has enabled him to successfully navigate diverse stakeholder landscapes.
At ANZ, Fallon previously led the enterprise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander recruitment program which included Direct Hires and Early Talent (Graduates, Interns and Cadets), before moving across to ANZ’s Retail division where he managed the national Indigenous Traineeship Programs. He is now leading the execution of ANZ’s First Nations Recruitment, Retention & Professional Development Strategy.
