Isabella is a Senior Social Procurement Advisor, passionate about creating innovative and intersectional social value through major project delivery. Having worked with design engineering and contractor organisations on projects worth in excess of $5 billion, she understands the nuance and influence required to drive impactful and meaningful change.
Since joining the industry, Isabella has supported more than 50 priority jobseekers to secure sustainable, full-time careers in the construction sector and facilitated over $20 million in contract awards to social enterprises and Aboriginal businesses. Isabella is committed to driving systemic change and fostering a more inclusive, skilled industry and believes her partnerships with Aboriginal and social enterprises are at the heart of achieving this mission.
