My name is Kaylee Hipwell, I am a Wiradjuri woman from Dharawal country. I work at ANZ and have done so for the past 15 years, starting as a school based trainee and I am now a First Nations Journey Expert. My role is to support First Nations candidates in their job applications for any roles that they apply for across the bank in Australia to create a culturally safe experience. In my role I also support the execution of our newly developed First Nations Recruitment, Retention and Professional Development Strategy that is being led by my colleague, Fallon Wanganeen and manage our Cadetship Programs.
