Matthew Karakoulakis is Director and Principal Lawyer at AMK Law, a multiple award-winning firm established in 2014. Matthew Karakoulakis is proud of his Aboriginal (Narungga & Kokotha) and Greek heritage, he was raised on Kaurna land in South Australia.
Matthew holds an in-depth ability and knowledge in commercial matters, dispute resolution and litigation including State and Federal jurisdictions. Matthew Karakoulakis is an Accredited Mediator under the National Mediator Accreditation System (NMAS).
Matthew Karakoulakis’ high-profile clients include Commonwealth Government, councils, corporations (including ASX listed) and State Government Road Project authorities (both Victorian and South Australian government), Aboriginal organisations and certain private individuals.
Matthew Karakoulakis was a finalist in the 2022 Telstra Business Awards and was honoured with the 2020 Australian Small Business Champion Awards for Legal Services, as well as receiving the 2020 Most Innovative Firms Australasian Lawyer award and recognition as winner or finalist in other significant industry Awards.
