Sara has 20+ years of experience servicing Aboriginal communities and fostering inclusive workplaces to increase employment opportunities for Aboriginal people. Sara has a proven track record of leadership in various executive roles within state government, the non-profit sector, social enterprises, and large corporations. Her ambition is to drive meaningful change that will prevent future generations from facing the same challenges of today.
